考研英语二小作文投诉信
考过,投诉信也称抱怨信,曾于2012年的考研英语(二)中考过。写信时要语气冷静、有礼,陈述事实客观、准确,信中需明确提出解决方式并表达期待尽快解决的心情。
一般来说,在考研英语中,投诉信的主体部分可按照三个步骤进行,即“三步走”策略:
首段:自我介绍,表明相关;提出投诉,陈述事由。
中段:具体解决方案。
尾段:希望重视,得到回复。
