一、教材分析
本单元的核心教学项目是“谈论现在的情况”(Talking about the present),整个教学内容主要围绕“正在干什么”这个话题展开,以此为语言背景,让学生通过4个课时的学习感知,初步掌握本单元的语法项目--现在进行时的用法。本单元的一个突出特点是:功能项目与语法项目是的统一的。功能项目是用现在进行时来描述,它的语法项目是以功能项目为依托的。前一单元的学习运用Can情态动词时,学生复习掌握了大量的动词词汇为本单元学生掌握进行时打下了良好的基础。本课是本单元的第四课,它是本单元的复习课没有新的语法要点。但它通过问答,对话表演及阅读等活动,巩固学生运用现在进行时表达实际需要的技能,换句话说,本课虽然是复习课,但我认为编者的意图不仅仅是让我们把它定位在复习巩固的要求上,而是希望通过这一课,使学生能把本单元的功能项目与语法项目达到真正的统一,从而达到学以至用,培养用英语进行交际的能力。在运用英语的过程中掌握英语。
二、根据教材的前后联系和意图以及英语课程标准的要求,我认为本课的教学目标是:
1. 语言知识:掌握单词Wear及Clear
掌握句型:I’m wearing…
运用现在进行时。
2. 语言技能:培养听说读写能力,尤其是说的能力,能与他人沟通信息,合作完成任务,并能运用现在进行时独立表达个人思想观点,为将来的写作打下良好的基础。
3. 情感态度:通过一系列有趣的活动与任务,激发并强化学生的学习兴趣,引导他们逐渐将兴趣转化为稳定的学习动机,在教学中给以大量的信息沟,让学生产生强烈的学习愿望,积极主动地真实地投入到学习中去。
4. 学习策略:通过任务型的教学,让学生学会自主学习,归纳总结,培养主动学习的能力。尤其对所学内容能主动复习并加以整理和归纳的能力。
5. 文化意识:通过一些国外校园生活的图片来了解外国学生的生活。开拓学生的视野,并加以对比,从而培养学生的跨文化意识。
三、重点、难点
1. 重点:要求学生能综合运用现在进行时的各种句型。
2. 难点:用现在进行时来描述一个情景。
四、教法学法:
首先老师应始终保持饱满的热情,让学生得到身心享受,在生动直观的语言环境中学习新语言。根据本节课的教材和初一学生好奇心强,思维活跃的特点,以及新课标的要求,我主要采用了任务型教学,在我国,英语交际思路基本上已被普遍接受。但在教学实际中,对交际思路的认识与运用尚存在着不少误区,交际学习任务的设计和应用为贴切地在中国的教学实际中贯彻交际教学思路提供了一个很好的切入点。所谓任务:简言之,就是做事。在做事的过程中,学习者始终处于积极主动的学习心理状态,任务参与者之间的交际过程也是一种互动的过程。为了完成任务,学习者以“意义”为中心,尽力调动各种语言和非语言的资源进行“意义”共建,以达到解决某种交际问题的目的。完成任务的过程促使学习者自然而然地应用语言,并为他们营造了一个有利于语言习得和内化的支持环境。在这种教学方法下,促使学生在学法上也产生改变,他们必须掌握学习的主动,学会体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式。这种学法,更有利于发展学生的综合语言运用能力,使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度,主动思维和大胆实践,提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。
五、教学程序:下面我结合课件谈谈本节课的教学程序:
1. 课前热身:让学生们边说边做动作。这段Chant联系了两个内容,一是现在进行时,二是We’re having a party. We are happy. 这两点都紧扣本课的两个要点。
2. Revision: Are you happy? Let’s do something happy and funny. Let’s play a game. What are you doing? I’m cooking, cooking. 全班分为四组,每组代表轮流提问:what are you doing ,下一组任何一位同学快速回答I’m cooking, cooking.并做相应动作。这一游戏不仅复习了大量的动词和进行时,也让学生逐渐在比赛中趋向兴奋的状态。
3. Presentation: I’m happy today, Do you know why? Because it’s my birthday today.把学生的注意力引到我的身上。Look at me. What am I wearing today? I’m wearing a skirt. I am wearing a sweater.引出今天要掌握的单词wear与句型I’m wearing…,然后提问What are you wearing? What is he /she wearing? 学生刚开始回答时可能会用I am in …..?但回答过几轮之后他们就能够正确运用Wear这个词了。
4.Read and act. 提问: What is Lily wearing? Part 4 Lesson 84,听录音,回答问题,然后Listen and repeat. Practise in pairs . 从Presentation到这儿,可以说都是任务前的准备,然后布置任务。Show the pictures of three pop stars. Suppose one of them is your friend. He’s from Taiwan. He’s lost. You can’t find him, practice in pairs, make up a dialogue. Let your partner help you find him. Act it out.要求他们用上句型 What is he/she wearing? 这是一个两人合作的任务,学生很自然地运用课文第四部分的对话,并加上自己的想象,通过描述衣着来判断哪一个是对方的朋友。该任务的难度不大,是面向全体的。学生通过顺利完成任务,增强了自信,提高了兴趣。任务的难度应该是循序渐进的,这样才不会使学生被突如其来的困难吓倒,让他们在心理上有一个准备和适应的过程。揭示三张图片,露出三位台湾当红艺人,学生对他们非常感兴趣,遮挡的脸更刺激了他们的好奇心,使他们产生了强烈的参与和合作愿望。可以说这是教师在“投其所好”,但学生是教学的主体,多考虑主体的需要对我们的课堂教学只有好处而无不利。同时我们也要不失时机地进行思想教育,三位艺人虽然红透半边天,但他们也付出了辛勤的劳动才有今天的成果,我们也应该认真学习,为将来做准备。

The first part, classify the following verbs: run, give, write, cook, swim, see, have, sit, clean, put, eat, come. Work in fours. 该任务有一定的难度,四人一组讨论可以降低难度。正确的答案是根据动词现在分词进行分类。为了使该任务更具实际意义,更真实地训练学生自主学习,复习归纳的能力,我在前几课教现在分词时都没有进行归类,甚至当一些细心的学生提问为什么要去e, 为什么要双写时,我都要求他们先自己分析,观察。当时上课前也担心学生无法完成,事实证明学生的探究能力比我们想象的要强。大部分学生都能正确做出解答,只有个别学生出现错误。我们老师可以在课后询问原因。在完成该任务时,教师可以根据学生的实际情况,对任务的难度进行调整,如明确分类的根据。不要忘了在任务完成之后,分别给以高度评价和热情鼓励。

游戏三,比记忆力。I’ll show you two pictures, there’re some people in them. What are they doing ? What are they wearing ? There are some differences between them, find them out as quickly as you can. 该任务可以说是上一任务的延续,上一任务只让学生一句、一句地讲,这一个任务自然地要求他们两句或更多地表达,这为最后整个场景的描述一步一步打下基础。

通过上一任务的练习,学生了解如何进行整篇文章的`描述,接下来他们就要进行实践。Talk about the picture .该任务是本课的总任务,也是本课的最终目的。四人一组讨论手中图片,最后推选一名代表起立描述。在每次的合作过程中,总会有一个学生成为任务的核心。所以,老师们会担心,小组合作完成任务的过程会成为少数优秀生学习发展的过程,而对绝大部分同学来讲,他们只是陪练、陪听。面对这一现象,我们教师应该怎么做呢?我认为我们在设计的任务应该具有多样性,每个任务活动的表现方式,侧重点都应有所不同,信息传递,逻辑分析,观点阐述等。学生们在合作时,也会根据任务的性质和个人特长做出不同的角色分配。而且教师也应该鼓励、提醒学生不同角色的轮流分配。这样,每次的任务都会成为一个让学生发展个性的机会。还有小组的成员最好能有相当的英语水平,如果有差异,我们也不必为英语水平较弱的学生担心,他们会在原有的水平上提高得更快。
总之,整节课我坚持以学生为中心,以培养学生的自主学习,合作探究为目的,以任务型学习贯穿始终,通过完成任务,不断地促使他们学习英语,提高他们的英语水平。对教材熟悉的老师一定发现我将本课的教学内容进行了很大的变动。如删除了一、二、三部分,打星号的文章我却进行了重点的处理,这是不是脱离了教材?事实上在我们学校,本课的语音部分学生可以通过在家听录音自学,到校由学习委员检查,第三部分的看图我已经在前一课进行了处理。说实话,对这套教材我也不很熟悉,一节课只有宝贵的四十分钟(我们温州实验中学每节课只有40分钟),我们要处理那么多的内容,起先我也比较困惑。在我们实验中学新课程实施的起始阶段,王校长曾询问各学科在实施过程中有什么困难,我当时提了两个问题:1、其它学科都使用了新教材,只有英语还和原来的一样,我们应该如何教;2、几年之后,我们的教材又要更换,英语学科的课改实验意义何在?王校长回答:英语教学不能穿新鞋,走老路,不能拘泥于教材,应该用新的理念,新课程的标准来教学。只有这样的教学方式才会为今后的推广留下现实意义。因此,在后来的教学中我们紧扣新课标,对教材进行了大胆的删除和合理的调整,所以一个单元,甚至几个单元的整体备课就显得尤其重要。我们实验中学有幸走在新课改的前列,我们也承担着压力与责任,希望我们的心得、体会对各位有所帮助。

虚拟语气,在高考中这几年出现的越来越频繁,几乎成了逢考必出的语法点。而学生的书面表达,若能用虚拟语气造一两个句子,显然能够提高写作的档次,所以,这个语法知识的练习总结也就显得很有必要了。
就学生而言,基础参差不齐。虚拟语气在平时的考试训练中一直都是他们感觉比较头疼的一个问题。大多学生基础薄弱,所以对于该语法知识的点我从最基础的着手,涉猎的点大都是常考点。

之后进入到presentation,这个环节设计了五个任务:虚拟语气在各种不同情境下的时态,混合型虚拟的使用,含蓄条件句中的虚拟,虚拟语气的省略倒装和虚拟语气在名词性从句中的使用。后四个都是常考的重点,虚拟语气的省略倒装和在名词性从句中的使用是难点。
在整个教学过程中,对于学生的学习活动前三个安排的都是自主学习,问题设计的也不难,旨在通过学生对语法知识的复习来巩固他们以前所学的知识并进一步强化。对于虚拟语气的省略设计的是同桌合作,小范围的探究解决问题。而对于虚拟语气在名词性从句中的运用则是分组讨论总结,以求达到夯实语言基础的目的。
Practice环节是在近几年的高考试题中选取了十道和虚拟语气相关的单选题,让学生去感知这个只是点在高考中的出题方向,并能在掌握知识后正确的做题来树立自信心。这一部分他们独立完成后核对答案并提出问题,如果有必要,我会为他们对本节知识做进一步的总结和补充。
第四个环节,即production环节,我设计了七道纠错题,这些错误也是学生在平时的写作中常出现的问题,虚拟语气在书面表达中具有举足轻重的地位,所以,让学生学会运用虚拟语气写出一些高质量的句子,我认为很有必要。
对于作业布置,一是让学生再次认真复习学案上列出的有关虚拟语气的知识点,而是给他们提供了三个汉语句子让他们翻译,让他们再次感知虚拟语气语法在句子中使用的奥妙。

首先我会将整个班级分为若干个小组,每组有七到八个人。并选出小组长。这一环节中我设计了十个对错题,(true or false),要求学生以小组的形式进行抢答。并作出得分记录,最后还要评选出第一名。在抢答过程当中,我并不只单单是以游戏的形式来完成这一任务,只是简单的完成对错题,我会要求每组在抢答的过程当中,要对他们所选的答案进行解释说明为什么。让学生在这个过程当中真正玩有所得。

四、课后反思
对自己在课堂上未能充分调动学生的积极性而感到遗憾,课堂气氛不够热烈,主动发言的学生较少,还需更多考虑课堂指令的明确性。教学内容的设计还是沿用以往教学模式,亮点不多,创新不够,需继续向其他教师好好学习。此外,在今后的教学过程中,要将教学内容设计更贴近于实际生活,贴近学生,调动学生的英语学习的积极性。

二、说学情
在教学过程中,对学情的了解是教师因材施教的关键。高中的学生注意力有一定的稳定性,观察能力很强,具有一定的目的性,系统性和全面性,已经初步实现从具体思维向抽象思维的过渡。他们喜欢富有个性化的教学设计,喜欢接受新鲜事物。同时,自我意识增强,拥有强烈的主观能动性。他们更是拥有很强烈的自我展现意识与XX,不但在乎别人对自己的评价,更渴望得到别人的关注和赞赏。他们已具有了一定的自主合作和探究的能力,具有了一定的英语语言知识和英语应用的能力,具备了基本的英语思考和英语表达的基本技能。

2)指导学生运用阅读技巧,诸如Skimming(扫读)、Scanning(细读)等培养其快速阅读的能力。在课程导入时,我选用部分图片展示,引发了学生浓厚的学习兴趣,为下一步的阅读做好了铺垫。在介绍亚洲沙尘暴文章的同时,我设置了不同水平的练习题以弥补教材中练习单一的不足,调动了不同程度学生的学习积极性。在循序渐进的讨论活动中,学生们既对沙尘暴的认识有所提高,又获得了听、说、读、写几方面知识能力的提高。倘若时间充裕,我会进一步加强推测词义的训练。

二、教材分析
本课学习的内容是外研版新课标B1M2My New Teachers的Introduction即听说课的一个课时。课本内容包括:学习一些描述人物的形容词;学习用这些形容词描述自己熟悉的人物;讨论并描述自己心目中的好老师;听一名英国男孩对好老师的理解并与自己的描述比较。考虑到教学内容较少而且比较单一,不能充分调动学生的积极性,达到听说课的教学目的,我结合学生的实际生活,对教材整个模块的内容进行了整合,通过创设多种情景活动,使学生积极参与课堂活动,主动踊跃地发言,并且惟妙惟肖地表演。

1、试讲时一定要注意语调,要有变化;语速,一定不要全快或者全慢。
2、最好有板书。如果书法很好,可以边讲边写;如果不好,可以在说教学过程的最后一个环节专门加上板书设计,简单的写点。要尽量发挥自己的优点掩饰缺点,怎样有利怎样做。

试讲中要注意结合板书,由此集中评委的眼光;要自信、大方;声音要洪亮,发音准确;在出现小失误时不要紧张,因为评委可能本来没注意到,但却因为紧张而扣分;精彩部分放在前半部分,因为评委通常在前半段就把分数打出来了。

当然,任何事物都有两面性。虽然这节课不失为一节成功的英语课,但它也有值得改进的地方。一方面,学生在小组合作过程中有一部分学生不开口,做享其成。这时就要老师进行适当的调整学生,力求做到每个小组中都有优等生、中等生、学困生。另一方面,由于一部分学生的胆怯害羞心理,他们说话比较轻,以至于部分同学听不到或者听不清,从而造成课堂的暂时紊乱。这就要求教师多鼓励学

Brainstorming在本堂写作一课中的应用实例。

四.反思评价
写作是一个由浅入深、由易到难、由简到繁的训练过程,任何一个环节出问题都会影响对学生写作能力的培养。因此,盲目的训练往往多做无用功,我们必须在平时就十分注重方法与技巧。
1 注意多种训练方法相结合。与任务(task)相结合。有目的的写作常能更好地调动学生的积极性,所以在培养学生这方面的能力时,应尽量与教学的多种任务相结合,而不是纯粹布置一篇作文。贯穿这节写作课的也是一系列的任务: Activity1: Write out some words, phrases and sentences about friends and friendship. Activity2: Please introduce your friend to us. Activity3: Read the two ads(广告). Get to know Mary and Jack Activity4: Write an e-mail to Mary or Jack 组织多样的小组活动。新世纪中,我们很重视培养学生的合作精神,而小组活动就是培养其合作精神的捷径。这堂写作课中在pre-writing时采取二人小组活动,四人小组活动,组织学生在小组活动中共同完成教师呈现的任务,从而降低其难度,使基础好的同学在写作时起点更高,基础较差的同学也能言之有物,互相启发,共同提高。如资料、信息的搜集,材料关键点的把握,文章完成后的修改等。
2平时注重解题技巧的养成:
1. 准备工作
①.仔细审题,明确要求。罗列题目所提供的信息,然后认真分析,审清题意后,把要求表达的各个要点按顺序和层次一一列出。
②.紧扣要点,寻求思路。草拟一个提纲,按时间、空间或逻辑顺序,确定开头,再围绕这一顺序,周密选词、选句,并拟好如何结尾(可适当发表自己的观点)。
2. 写作之中
①.开门见山,紧扣主题。如写参观农场的日记,就可用“Last Sunday we visited the West Hill Farm.” 直接说明时间及地点。如写的是关于度假的,则可以“We had a happy holiday in Jiaxin last Sunday.” 来开头等等。
②.语言正确,规范地道。尽量使用学过的、最熟悉也最有把握的句型、结构,应尽量避免中国式英语。要养成正确运用标点符号的好习惯,切忌一点到底的错误方法。(I spent 10 yuan buy the book. He by bike to school.)
③.重短轻长, 就易避难。重短轻长——写短句忌长句,由写简易句子开始,即“主语(谁)谓语(做/是)宾语/表语(什么),应尽量写出自己最有把握,最熟悉的句子,避免写长句,以写正确、通顺为最基本要求。就易避难——多用简单句少用复合句,首先在写好简单句的基础上然后可逐步过渡到较为复杂的复合句,例如用when, before等连词引导的从句。整个句子越长,出错的可能性就越大。
3.成文之后鼓励学生学会批改自己的习作。
①.一般语法项目的检查——英语中的人称、时态、单复数、习惯用法等都是非常重要的,即使在朗读中好像全理解,但在动笔的实践中就往往出错。
②.注意语序——英语中的疑问句、感叹句和宾语从句都是通过语序的变化来构成和体现的,不注意会出现错误和意义上混淆。
③.符合习惯——说英语的国家有自己民族的文化、习俗、情感、思维方式、生活习惯等。受母语思维定式的影响,应避免在练笔当中受母语的干扰,要注意语言表达地道。例如汉语“我的工作很忙。”就不能用英语My work is very busy. 来表达,而应当说I‟m very busy with my work.又如:有的同学在表达很常用的“我很喜欢它”时,会说“I very much like it.”, 而其正确表达应是 “I like it very much.”
④.书写规范,卷面整洁。卷面不整洁,使人无法看清你写的究竟是什么,那么就可能按错处理。所以在写时,如时间允许,应先打草稿,修改后再抄清楚。
总之,只要我们思想上重视,训练方法得当,经过初中一年年持续有效的训练,定能达成《课程标准》中的要求,从而为学生进一步学好英语打下扎实的基础,为学生在中考中取得满意的成绩。
例如,学习了新目标八年级Unit3之后,我就要求学生仿写My Parrot/Rabbit/Dog….”等写宠物的文章。我结合范文结构和要求仿写的文章的信息,将学生喜欢的或在写作中可能用到的内容找出来,有选择地设计到表格中,设计出类似于以下表格提纲,让学生根据图表信息仿写。
通过仿写,既可以帮助学生了解和掌握教材中不同体裁文章的写作特点和技巧,又可以帮助学生巩固文中的词语、短语和句型,提高他们在具体篇章中综合运用基础知识的能力.
初中英语写作课教学案例二(making friends)
背景知识介绍。书面表达是写的一种途径,是英语交际的重要组成部分。初中阶段对于英语写作的要求,实际上是“有指导的写作”(Guided Writing)。它通过提供情景(文字、图画、表格),让学生用学过的英语语言来描述事物或事件并表达一定的思想,以此达成和检验对所学英语语言知识的实践应用能力。客观地说,书面表达一直是我们英语教学的一个难点,也是学生应试的一个难点。
从去年对湛江市中考英语试卷的抽样调查情况来看,英语写作是得分最为薄弱的一个题项。究其原因,一是学生写作练习的时间少,二是教师平时缺乏对学生进行系统的写作知识的指导。(比如,如何用词、句、组段、谋篇等)。这些原因造成了学生从最初不会写盲目写到不愿写。惧怕写,直至最后拒绝写的恶性循环。针对这一现象,我在柳市镇一中进行了一次如何提高学生写作能力的课堂实践。写作的材料取自于新目标九年级第一单元的“Reading and writing”。教师旨在通过与学生谈论他们熟悉的话题“making friends”, 搜索学生头脑中有关朋友的消息,通过阅读两则e-pal广告,获取e-pals的一些信息,指导如何写e-mail ,从而达到给e-pals 写信的目的。二、教学过程。
活动:通过听一首英语歌:“The more we get together, the happier we’ll be.”引出上课主题。
