6、及时有效的解决住客简单投诉,协调处理突发事件;

7、准确掌握各类资讯,为住客提供问询服务;

8、掌握住客押金、租金收缴情况,及时跟进催缴;

9、开具工程单、文件整理和归档;

10、协助前台主管组织客户活动,建立与住客的良好关系;
