1.考生于2023年3月3日——3月13日期间登陆“河南大学学位外语报名系统”，注册个人信息、填写提交报考信息、上传本人电子照片（免冠证件照、免修图）及身份证正面照片（电子照片标准见报名系统提示）、缴纳报名考试费。（考生网上报名基本操作流程见附件1）
2.考生要妥善保存注册的用户名和密码。报名信息或照片审核不通过的考生不能进行网上缴费。我校将在考生信息上传 48 小时内对考生的报名信息进行审核，同时对考生上传的电子照片按规定标准进行比对审核。
（二）相关要求
1.考生应在规定时间内完成网上报名和网上缴费，逾期不予办理。不符合报名条件者报名无效。
2.拟申请我校本科学士学位的学生应在我校报名参加考试，参加其他高校考试的成绩无效。此前参加全省成人学位外语统考取得的合格成绩在规定的有效期内继续有效。
3.参加河南大学成人学士学位外语考试的所有考生（包括现役军人和人民武装警察）使用的有效证件为第二代居民身份证。考生应提前检查本人第二代居民身份证是否丢失、消磁，并确保在有效期限内，以免影响报名考试。
4.考生在考试前一周通过网上报名系统自行下载打印准考证。考生须携带准考证和第二代居民身份证原件参加考试。
5.考试合格成绩自下发之日起四年内有效。一次有效的成人学位外语考试合格成绩只能申请获得一个成人学士学位。
一、学位英语报名方法
1、打开中国学位与研究生教育信息网，找到当年的网报入口，点击并进入2022学位英语报名入口。
2、输入账号、密码、验证码，然后点击登录进入系统。
3、登录成功后点击进入系统，进入网报系统。
4、进入系统后，把红框内的项目依次完成：填写基本资料，注意不要填错手机号码；上传电子照片，需要注意查看是否审核通过，未通过一定要在规定时间内再次提交；网上缴费，然后打印出样表，到主考学校当面核验，当面核验需提交寸照一张；下载并打印准考证。
5、完成上述步骤后，按照准考证上的之间，持二代身份证和准考证到准考证上指定地点参加考试。
