考研英语阅读篇
15分钟左右。
考研考试过程中，英语笔试时间是3小时，阅读部分4篇一般要用75分钟左右，因此考研英语阅读一篇用时要控制在15分钟左右比较好，这样更有利用答题时间的分配。
考研英语阅读一篇用时是根据考生的实际水平和阅读的难易程度来定的，一般来讲前三篇阅读偏难，在20分钟左右，第四篇相对比较简单，在10分钟左右。整体下来70多分钟就能搞定了。
快速泛读
平时要养成快速泛读的习惯。这里讲的泛读是指广泛阅读大量涉及不同领域的书籍，要求读得快，理解和掌握书中的主要内容就可以了。要确定一个明确的读书定额，定额要结合自己的实际，切实可行，可多可少。例如每天读20页，一个学期以18周计算，就可以读21本中等厚度的书（每本书约120页）。
考研英语一共四篇阅读理解，共约1600词，题目是四选一。

考研英语二四篇阅读的难度系数是不一样的，一般难度系数会由易到难这样的顺序进行排列，是属于考试正常范围的

1、词汇量要求不同
虽然英语二大纲要求的阅读理解单词量与英语一相同，但在大纲中英语二阅读理解没有说明有超纲单词，而英语一明确说将有百分之三的超纲单词。
英语二阅读理解的单词量起码不会超过英语一。这在大纲样题中也有反映，考研英语二样题比过去历年考研英语真题难度要低。
2、翻译
考研二考查方式是翻译一个包含150个单词的英文段落。难度比考研英语一小。首先，虽然翻译总量同英语一相同，但在一个英语段落中，句子有易有难，有过渡句、解释成份，这些比较好翻译。
而考研英语一是从400单词段落中抽出5个长难句。英语二在难度降低的同时，翻译题所占分值却提高了。所以抓好15分翻译题，是拿分关键点。
3、写作
分别是小作文和大作文，小作文要求一样，一种是书信，如感谢信、求职信等。同时在英语一和英语二大纲都出现的一种形式是英文摘要，这在以后研究生学习中非常重要。主要考查大家词汇量及拼写的问题，而对于语法问题要求不高。
小作文也是大家准备考研英语二的重点，要求100字左右，但分数达到10分，大作文的样题是图表作文，字数要求低，为150字以上。而英语一要求是160-200单词，要求比英语二高，分值也低，为15分。
