我认为小学生正处于好玩好动的阶段，我们不能抹杀孩子的天性，应把这一特点充分利用起来。所以英语作业要具有创意性和灵活多样性。针对农村小学生的年龄、心理、兴趣、特长等特点，以尊重学生的个性为前提，激发学生的主动性、创造性为目标，由浅入深，设计开放性作业，以培养学生的创新意识和语言实践运用能力为目的。（1）、教师在设计作业时，要尊重学生的个性化发展。比如：让爱好表演的学生表演课文内容，在练习英语口语的同时发挥其表演能力；让有美术特长的学生帮助老师制作英语单词卡片，或根据制作情景图画；让喜欢音乐的学生将重点单词句子编成儿歌交给大家。根据不同的兴趣爱好设计各异的作业，能让学生体会到其中的乐趣和成功的喜悦。（2）、注重学生个体差异，设置合作性作业。一个班级中有优秀学生的存在，也有学困生的存在，学困生往往自卑感比较强，自我约束力又很差。有些学生根本就不知道一些作业要从何下手，因此就出现了抄袭，作业质量差，不完成作业等现象。所以，在布置作业时，要根据学生个体的差异，按照 他们的兴趣爱好进行编组，布置不同程度的作业。如：把学生按程度分成个等级，再把全班分成若干兴趣小组，每组都有各程度的学生一名。在学完一课后，按兴趣布置作业，小组成员互相帮助，共同完成任务。即进行了练习，又让他们明白了集体的力量，学会合作。（3）、英语作业要讲究趣味性、多样性。相信不少学生已经对主课作业产生了厌烦情绪，而小学英语对于学生来说是一个完全新鲜的课程，如果英语作业也像其他课程的作业一样枯燥乏味，一定会让学生失去学习的兴趣，所以教师一定要抓住这一机会，积极培养学生学习英语的兴趣，要让学生体会学习英语的乐趣，培养其敢于开口、积极参与的学习态度。为此，教师要让生动和有趣的作业形式取代重复和呆板的作业形式。例如：在教学了表示颜色的英语单词后，教师可以让学生同桌之间进行“看谁找的颜色多”练习。又如：在教学英语数字后，让学生搜集车牌号，邮编，电话号码等，然后让其在课堂中用英语进行交流。作业内容的丰富性和形式的多样化是保持学生学习兴趣和提高作业质量的重要条件。我认为，小学英语作业不能仅要求学生读几遍单词或课文，更应注重发展学生的听说能力和培养学生实际运用英语的能力，应倡导实践、探究和合作的新型作业方式，教师应多设计一些与生活密切练习、形式多样的作业。（4）作业布置要有精简性。 在提倡素质教育减轻学生负担的新的教育形式下，教师必须把好作业的质量关。要精心选择和设计符合教学内容的习题，使作业少而精，但同时又能对学生进行有针对性的训练。既巩固了知识又锻炼了英语交际能力，不能布置超量作业。杜绝“题海战术”，否则学生产生厌学、逃避作业的心理就将事倍功半、得不偿失。

摘要：随着时代的发展和社会的进步，人们将目光放在了提高教育教学质量上，“双减”的出台符合此类要求。“双减”是指减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担，在“双减”进行过程中，能够看到多个学科都针对“双减”的出台做出了改变，无论是在教学方式上还是在作业的布置上，都发生了改变。本文就“双减”背景的含义出发，分析后续“双减”背景下初中英语混合作业布置，分层作业布置的相关对策。关键词：“双减”；作业布置；初中英语；关键对策一、引言素质教育的跟进，让教育教学进程加速。教育工作者将目光放在了对教育课堂的改变和教育水平的跟进上。在整个教育模式的改变中，“双减”为课堂和作业形式的改变提出了新道路。新的作业形式在“双减”背景下使用的范围扩大，频率变多。在初中英语作业布置方面，也发生了相应的改变。二、“双减”背景下初中英语作业布置的对策在“双减”背景下，给初中英语的作业布置提出了新的要求，这需要教育工作者根据作业的数量想到对策。下面对“双减”背景下初中英语作业布置的改变对策进行详细论述，通过细节的分析给作业布置提出新思路。（一）分层布置作业促进因材施教初中英语学习每一单元都需要记忆大量的短语和单词。以至于学生在完成作业的时候会觉得作业量大，同时作业的完成率也很低，达不到原先布置作业的期望。这就要求教师要根据自己所带的班级学生对作业的接受能力进行分层布置作业。例如，在初中英语八年级上册Unit2学习后，将学生隐性分成3个层次，做到心中有数即可。表1 隐性学生层次分层表Level A 对英语有浓厚的兴趣，学习基础扎实，有一定的创造能力，经常超额完成作业。Level B 有一定的学习能力和发展潜能，能独自完成作业，如流利朗读课文，背诵课文等。Level C 学习能力较差，对英语学科不感兴趣，并且基础较差，有朗读困难的学生。在学习后的作业目标定向上分层作业布置如下：表2 目标定向Level A 学生深入理解文章，并且能背诵文章，自己编写出相似的一篇短文，根据文章情节续写，保证续写质量，培养学生的创造能力。Level B 学生理解文章，并且能熟读背诵文章，编写相似文章。Level C 学生能基本理解文章，熟练朗读文章，编写相似文章。分层布置作业因材施教的方式可以让学生的能力发挥到最大，在因材施教的过程中，既能发挥学生的榜样力量，让他们在完成作业的时候看到别的人比自己优秀，从而激发学生的学习积极性，还能正确评估学生的能力。对于一些学习能力差的学生，也不能放弃，可以适当降低对他们的标准，在作业的完成方面多点鼓励，看到每个人身上的闪光点和长处。这类因材施教的教学方式能让作业发挥自己真实的效益，避免出现赶工但是却仍然没完成作业的现象出现。（二）有效作业设计体现以人为本在作业的设计上，不能够只针对数量，而应该针对质量进行合理的作业布置。例如在一个新单元的学习上，可以将单词的背诵和语法的记忆进行分批布置，布置后让学生在一个阶段的学习时间里不断的巩固复习，巩固原有的知识，慢慢的掌握新知识。在最后一个单元快结束的时候，让学生用简单的一两句话总结自己在整个单元学到的知识。如在初中人教版八年级上册Unit2中教完“How often do you exercise”的内容时，为了让高质量完成作业，让学生自己亲自设计一张有关自我锻炼时间，锻炼地点，锻炼内容的计划表，涵盖单元学习的内容，这样的有效作业方式能有效率的引导学生学习，提高他们的学习积极性。同时教师还可以设定作业的思维导图，引导学生对自我在一个阶段所要完成的整体作业任务有一个了解，做出详细的规划。如下，在八年级上册的整体学习上，所做出的思维导图是概况的。让学生在初中的时候就能不断培养自主学习意识，帮助学生完成后期的学习生活。教师应当引导学生正确的面对自己的学习任务，主动学习，体现作业的价值。例如在学习相关句子的时候，可以做如下思维导图：（三）线上线下结合重视知行合一线上线下作业的布置模式是混合式作业布置的主要体现。在线上线下的作业布置中，通过双方的作业布置相结合，让课程的教学质量提高。在线上，教师可以利用新媒体所提供的资源，进行信息化教学。例如在初中人教版八年级上册Unit 4中的SectionA学完后，可以利用手机软件“人教点读”开展线上教学任务，让孩子在开课后模拟对话发音，读熟之后发送到微信小程序中进行作业评比，这就增加了学生学习的趣味性。线上作业能让教师第一时间了解到作业的完成态势和完成状况，让家长与教师之间形成统一的教育整体。线下的另外一个作业是学生围绕阅读的内容进行的一段英文写作，这类题目教师可以选择适合学生年级的。这样学生的学习就能从根本上做到知行合一，做到真正的减负。学生花费在作业上的时间虽然减少了，但是学生学到的东西却是真切进到脑子里面的，这就让英语教学的效率获得提高。（四）趣味作业丰富学生课余生活在后续的时间里教师应当想办法开发更加有趣味的作业，让这些趣味作业能带动学生的创造力提升。在课堂开始前，教师可以利用一些与课文相关的英文电影，英文短片进行引入，让学生能感受到学习的乐趣。在作业的布置中，教师也可以选择一些有意思的作业方式。比如本次的作业原本是要熟练的背会课文，这个时候教师可以给学生提供做作业的新思路，那就是分组用表演的方式将课文的内容演出来，这样对话式的作业改变了哑巴英语的现状，能从培养学生的基本能力出发。除此之外，还可以留一些思考空间较大的作业，与其他学科结合，丰富学生的课余生活。如在学完初中人教版英语八年级上册的Unit6单元中的Section A 后，可以让学生在课后灵活运用自己掌握的词语，用一个小短文的形式说明自己对故事的认知和了解，这样既完成了原有的学习任务，还能够拓展学生的思维能力。三、结语透过表面看本质，能发现“双减”性质是国家对教育事业的重视，也是时代催生出来的教育改革。初中英语的作业改革作为“双减”背景下的重要内容，应当遵循上述对策，从分层布置作业，有效作业设计，线上线下结合，趣味丰富作业四个方面展开对初中英语作业布置的改良，切实的改变原有初中英语的布置方法，完成对教育事业的更新，让轻负担，高质量的理念能够实现。在后续的教育教学中，教育工作者应当探寻初中英语教学进步的新思路，在创新对策中帮助英语教学课堂效率得到提高。
