今天下午在学校的大操场我们龙洞小学三到六年级学生进行了第三届朗读比赛。此次比赛不仅人数有所增加而且采取了不同以往的形式。我们是本校和绿洲分校结合起来，语文朗读和英语朗读合并起来，两个分结合到一起排名次。这就要求学生不仅要读好英语还要读好语文，两样都要发挥好才能取得好的成绩！
比赛一开始，顿时场上的气氛就紧张起来，整个操场非常的安静，大家都在注视着即将上台的三年（2）班的同学们。比赛开始了，每个班的学生都很认真很有感情地把自己班准备的中英课文朗读出来。有的班级做了漂亮的头饰，有的班级配上了形象的动作，有的班级分了不同的角色进行朗读，有的班级还制作了道具，有的班级还配上了相应的音乐，还有的班级带了很多实物等等。总之我们看到了很多不同形式的朗读，明显地看到了孩子们对英语学习的兴趣。
三年级的学生声音洪亮，表情丰富自然：四年级学生的表演充满了童话的色彩，声音整齐，有感情；五年级的学生读得比较流畅，对课文掌握得比较好；六年级得的学生反而显得有点紧张和不自然，但协调性很强。
通过这次比赛，在我们学校掀起了学英语的热潮，英语朗读的氛围明显地加强。但是我们也看到了不足的地方，那就是学生们在朗读的时候个别班级还有拖读的现象，个别班级还有学生只是张嘴而没有发声。我们农村小学的学生平时就是缺乏英语的氛围，因此我们想通过这次比赛能增加学生的英语学习兴趣，增加整个学校的英语学习氛围，让老师和学生们更加地重视英语朗读，进一步提高我们农村小学的英语朗读水平。

董事被推举后成立董事会的，全体董事共同选举董事长一人。董事会议事投票表决，董事会由董事长负责召集。某些公司会在章程中设定特殊董事或者几个董事或者董事长对董事会决议具有一票否决权，否则董事长和所有董事除了召集董事会外没有其他额外权力。
总经理由董事会聘任和解聘，但是总经理一般负责公司日常经营并向董事会汇报，所以总经理就是董事会派出的管理公司的人。
