微型课是一节完整的课,时间大约10—15分钟,不要因为时间短,而缺少必要环节,导入,讲解,小结,板书,练习,作业,样样有要求。但是因为时间短,所以每个环节也是高要求,高标准。提炼出精华展示给评委。导入要精准,导入要目的明确,具有启发性,能够调动学生的学习积极性,方法多样灵活,从学生实际出发,即有趣,又贴近学生生活,又和本节课内容紧密相连。有一些英语老师导入时选用了歌曲、chant、TPR活动、视频,孩子们的求知热情一下高涨。稍微动一下脑筋,我们的导入就会出其不意,把孩子们的热情调动起来,微型课是浓缩的课,所以一定注意时间要短,快捷导入。讲解要突出。不管是微型课还是常态课,我觉得教师都应该摈弃满堂灌或是一节课的长篇大论,备课时抓住重点,寻找有效策略突然难点,知识点不易太多,讲解不易太繁,一条主线,明朗透彻,省时高效,落实基本知识,又促进学生思维发展,还要渗透情感态度价值观。讲解注意切勿面面俱到,平均用力,解决一个知识点或两个问题即可,哪些地方交待,哪些可以不说,要了然心中,精心把握,用重点内容带动非重点内容,重点突出,难点突破。 收尾要快捷 。小结可以帮助学生梳理思维,总结方法,也是后续学习的推力器,收尾要快捷深入,不能拖泥带水。我一般采用问答式,What did you learn?让学生回想,总结。或是简单画出本节课的学习内容思维导图,带领学生们一起总结。课堂要活跃,微型课一般没有学生,但是也不能因为没有学生,让你的讲解呈现枯燥乏味之气。用手势,语气,评价,表情让你的讲解变得生动活泼,虽然我们的课堂没有超级演说家那样扣人心弦,但最起码让评委记住你,把自己最好的一面展示给别人,让别人觉得你是一个充满激情人。 板书要清晰,板书具有示范作用,提炼核心知识点,所以要求板书简约,清晰,醒目,便于学生记忆,板书也是一种艺术,能够诠释学科的美。我们可以精心设计,比如主副板书合理搭配,文字和图形巧妙组合,都可以让本节课的内容得到升华。心中有学生。有的微型课没有学生,对于一个授课者,必须做到心中有生,不管是讲解还是提问都必须以生为本,兼顾学生的学习特征,学生可能出现的学习状况,更好的表现你的授课基本功。心中有生最主要的就是尊重,课堂的主体是学生,围绕着学生进行,尊重学生的学与思,你的表情,语气,手势都是有对学生的尊重和信任。课堂就是人的关系课堂,体现你对学生的态度和价值观。一节浓缩的微型课是对教师最好的考查,每个人都有自己的讲课特色和授课亮点,但不管你以什么方式赢得学生,都要尊重学生,信任学生。
