听英语最好的方法莫过于听写了。听写，顾名思义就是写下你听到的东西。当然由于听力材料难度，和语速的不同，听写的难度有所不一样。但是，一开始的时候，比如一段一分钟的听力，你可以分为十段，每段六秒钟，一开始六秒，听懂了再进行下面。如果某个地方不懂，就要一直来回听。来回5-6遍，实在不行，就可以看文稿了。你说的努力听清每个单词还是听语感？其实就是精听和泛听的区别。我觉得，听语感是在你对这个材料很熟悉的基础上进行的，换言之要有一定的基础。静听适合提高听力，泛听更多的适用于保持水平。如果需要提高自己的听力，还是建议试试上面的方法，当自己积累到一定程度以后，可以尝试泛听。ps：听力要想提高，必须每天坚持听。不然你的耳朵就会“生锈”的哦。所谓“拳不离手曲不离口”，我们听听力无非就是练习对单词的反应速度，所以不要让自己的耳朵闲下来。泛听有效果，只不过没有静听效果好罢了。呵呵，最后，祝你成功，加油！
