（一）加强教学常规管理，明确对备课、上课、作业批改、辅优补差的要求与管理，力争教学质量逐年提高

（1）备课：做到“三备”，即备三维目标；备教材，了解本单元课程的特点，尤其是使用二期课改新教材更要深刻领会二期课改的精神；备学生。由于我校是一所公办九年一贯制学校，学生生源参差不齐，各班学生的学力差异明显，所以了解学生的接受能力、认知规律，因材施教尤为重要。学校拟于本学期对教龄5年以下青年教师教案要进行一次检查，其他教师的教案进行抽查，我们英语教研组青年教师比较集中，所以我们要求每位教师在集体备课的基础上认真备课，提出符合学生学习实际的、科学的教学设计。

（6）备课组要认真做好活动全部资料、平时各类进度表、分析表等表格小结的填写， “教研记录”要及时、完整填写，备课组长收齐交给教研组长。教研组备课组建设要在上学期基础上再上一个台阶。

1、继续针对中考题型的要求，确定如何努力提高学生语言技能：听力方面：能听懂课文大致内容；能抓住简单语段中的观点；回答比较简单的问题。说即口语表达方面：能使用恰当的语调和节奏表达课文大意；能经过准备就一般话题作短暂表达。阅读理解方面是个重点，要求能理解阅读材料中不同的观点和态度；能通过分析句子结构理解难句和长句；加强阅读理解的训练。写作：能简单写出连贯且结构较完整的句子，能在写作文中基本做到文体较规范、语句较通顺；能够较好的达到中招考试对大多数学生的要求。

2、中考复习既要突出重点，又要顾及全面，坚决坚持分类教学，分层推进的教学思想，使各类学生都能学有所获，都能有所提高。针对学生英语基础普遍较差的情况，从基础抓起，抓好英语基础知识。逐步做到语音、语调自然、得体；运用词汇描述比较复杂的事物、行为和特征，说明概念，进一步掌握描述时间、地点、方位的表达方式等；尽可能学会使用规定的习惯用语或固定搭配，掌握基本句型和时态。避免平时考试中的常见性错误，提高学生应对考试的能力。对于程度较好的同学，要逐一进行分析、谈话，摸清他们的特点、思想和看法，有的放矢，促其进一步发展。

3、与其他各科教师搞好配合。使得每一个学生都能够全面发展，不至于出现严重的偏科现象。要面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心，使他们在学习过程中发展综合语言运用能力，提高人文素养，增强实践能力，培养创新精神。在此基础上突出学生主体，尊重个体差异，让学生在老师的指导下构建知识，提高技能，发展心智和拓展视野。让学生在使用英语中学习英语，让学生成为英语使用者而不仅仅是学习者。让他们在使用和学习英语的过程中，体味到轻松和成功的快乐。

希望通过这一学期的教学，一方面能够使学生的英语水平得以提高，另一方面能更好的激发他们的英语兴趣，走好以后的人生道路。也为我校学生即将面对的中招升学做出应有的贡献。

初三的教学已经开始了，为了在新的一学期里取得更好成绩，特制定教学计划如下.我们初二要以学校教育教学工作计划为指导，贯彻落实教研组工作计划，贯彻新课标，变革师生学习方式，培养实践创新能力，立足以学生发展为中心，注重学生学习方式及思维能力的养成，全面提高初三年级英语教育质量。

一、情况分析

1. 初二的时候学生两极分化严重。教师要热情关心帮助学生克服心理障碍，点燃学生进取的火花，动之以情，晓之以理，树立他们的自信心。同时指导帮助，对差生进行个别谈话，帮助他们找出暂时落后的原因，帮助他们制定计划，指导学习方法，具体辅导基础知识。

2.有些学生平时学习成绩较佳，但考试总是心慌，临场发挥欠佳。在设计每一课时，要考虑学生在教学过程中的“心理健康效益”。在愉快的、情感融洽的氛围中，激发学生强烈的求知欲、从跃跃欲试发展到埋头探索，通过观察比较，分析思索，逐步深化自己的认识程度，并从中提高自己的认识能力和技巧。

3. 听力和口语水平有待进一步提高。

四、措施步骤方法

1.细致调查，做到心中有数。课上使后进生乐学，积极主动参与教学活动，多发言、养成大胆提问的习惯，使之享受成功的快乐；作业中出现的问题，不管大小，及时面批纠正，防患于未然。

2.营造课堂气氛，提高学习效益。课堂上要快节奏、高密度，充分调动学生的积极性。师生对话，说好“每日英语”，营造浓厚的课堂气氛，培养学生的听说能力。课堂教学交际化，以学生活动为主，教师指导为辅，调动学生的积极性，激发学习兴趣，增强求知欲，提高教学效果。复习旧知识，引出新知识，多角度训练。巩固旧知识，呈现新知识，力求当堂掌握，提高课堂效率。

3. 加大听力、口语训练量。从教学实际科学地分析学生的知识结构与能力结构，针对学生听力中的薄弱环节加大“投入”并采用适当的训练形式，合理地提出训练要求，重视参与听力理解活动各项能力的全面发展，提高听力教学的质量。

1）听音训练；

4. 提高阶段复习效率。复习教学要体现英语新课程标准的要求和教学理念。加大阅读量的训练，认真处理好以下关系：

二、教材分析

《新目标英语》九年级共安排有十五个单元，各单元话题灵活有趣，贴近学生生活实际。本册书将学习的一些语法知识点有：被动语态，虚拟语气，情态动词，定语从句，短语动词，过去完成时等。同时每个单元都增加了文化背景知识和学习策略，并增加了任务型学习成分与语篇输入，提供了一篇具有跨文化内容的阅读文章及相关的练习，用以训练学生的阅读能力，扩大学生的阅读量。

三、学情分析

这两个班有30%左右的学生能基本掌握所学知识，能听懂并运用所学英语去进行英语交流。优生少；本班一小部分学生英语有较高的兴趣，能积极学习并参与课堂活动，英语学科成绩较好，但问题学生很多，学生发展参差不齐，这给教学带来不少困难。

四、教学策略及措施

1、教学应面向全体学生，注重对学生进行运用英语能力的培养，力争人人都有进步；

2、对学生因材实教，尊重学生个体差异，力争让不同学生全面发展；

3、采用“任务型”活动教学，鼓励学生参与体验与交流，力争让学生增强对英语的学习兴趣；

4、充分利用课堂作业与课外作业，严格要求学生抓好落实，强化所学，力争让每位学生皆有所获。

采取的措施：

本学期本人担任九年级x、x班的英语教育教学工作，为了顺利完成教育教学任务，在教学中贯彻新目标教学的要求，特制定本计划。

一、教学目标

1.使学生的思想认识有一定的提高，能热爱自己的家，孝敬父母亲，在学校能尊敬老师，团结同学，还着重培养热爱祖国的感情。

二、教材分析

1.新教材充分体现了新课标的“以人为本”教学理念。

达到“以人为本”全面发展的新型素质教育观，新教材突出了功能和结构的有机结合。新教材非常注重话题，每个单元都围绕一个具体的话题展开，突出了话题结构、功能、实际运用三个方面的结合。让每个话题贴近学生生活实际，更便于学生灵活运用。

2.倡导“任务型”教学，强调课堂上师生互动。

本教材共15单元，分二个学期教学。按要求，第一学期为1-10单元，第二学期为11-15单元。课本增加了读写训练的比重，以便于听说读写的全面训练。其内容主要反映了学生的日常学习和生活。课本设计了中外学生同校学习的情景，便于介绍英语国家的风俗习惯和文化。题材范围更广，除了学生的学校生活和家庭生活，还反映了学生的校外活动、劳动、卫生保健、体育运动、节日、尊师爱生、团结友爱、助人为乐的道德风尚。

三、学生情况分析

基础知识掌握不够扎实，阅读理解题得分率往往只有60%左右，完形填空、补全对话得分率较低。课堂学习积极性较高，回答问题较主动，绝大多数同学能做到自觉完成作业、自觉背诵课文但刻苦学习之风仍需培养，少数优生优势不明显，差生学习积极性、学习兴趣急待提高。

四、教学具体措施

1.摸清学生基本情况，逐步激励学生对英语产生学习兴趣。

2.重视课堂教学质量，逐步提高学生英语交际能力。

3.有意识培养学生听力、表述、朗读、书写和作业的基本能力。

4.重视思维过程系统编排，由浅入深，由易到难，由已知到未知，循序渐进，点面结合，逐步扩展，循环往现，以加深影响。

其次，应重视学生学习英语兴趣的培养，激发学生的学习兴趣。新时期英语教学要提倡“乐”的观念，情绪越好，越乐观，对所学内容便会发生浓厚的兴趣，学习效果也将越好。提高学生学习兴趣。根据初中学生的年龄特点，起始阶段的教学要从视听入手，听说的比重应大些。为实现这个目标，重要的是要调动学生群体的积极性。

五、教学方法

如何用好科学的教学方法，在有效的时间内使学生生动活泼地学习，我将做如下：

（一）精心备课是提高课堂效率的前提

大家都懂得提高45分钟课堂效率的重要性。而精心备课则是提高课堂效率的前提。认真的备课，会使我们做到胸有成竹，无论是重点、疑点、难点的落实，问题的设计，教法的选择，都要精心考虑，通盘安排。只有胸中有教材，眼中有学生（因人施教），才能运用自如，得心应手，才能有效提高课堂教学效率。

（二）注重非智力因素开发是提高课堂效率的关键

面向全体，全面提高英语教学质量，同时更要注重非智力因素（即信心、兴趣和习惯等）的开发，这对后进生尤为重要。因为他们缺乏主观能动性，学习信心不足，兴趣不浓，习惯不好，不肯下功夫背单词，或方法不妥导致成绩差。爱因斯坦说过“兴趣是最好的老师”。初中学生精力旺盛，记忆力好，猎奇心强，求知欲高，一般都能学好英语的。关键就在我们如何千方百计地激发不同层次学习的学习兴趣，如开展多种多样的口语活动，朗读比赛，趣味游戏等等。不断增添学生的新鲜感，激发学习英语的兴趣。

（三）上好英语复习课

初三面临的是毕业考和升学考试对复习课要求非常之高。英语的复习课不是学习内容的简单重复，而是用新的教学方法在高层次上再现以前学过的内容。由于范围广、内容多，授课时间短，所以复习课也要精心备课，将学过的各种语言现象进行系统的归纳、整理、分析。要认真设计课堂教学程序，运用系列化教学，方法要灵活多变，激发学生兴趣，点拨分析，鼓励学生多思考、勤实践，不能简单地核对答案，草草了事。切忌滥发讲义，将复习课变成“题海”战场，如要进行模拟训练，题量也必须限制，质量一定要保证

二、学情分析

我任教九年级三，四班英语。从整体情况来看，普遍学生英语基础较差，兴趣不高，甚至有部分学生的听说读写能力还不够小学三年级水平，所以在课堂教学时，出现有学生不守课堂规则，不愿听课、睡觉或是做与课堂无关事情的现象，难以形成英语学习氛围。有少部分学生基础较好，自制能力较强，能认真听课，按老师要求完成各项任务。总的来说，这两个班的英语教学具有挑战性，需要耗费不少时间和精力。

三、教材分析

九年级英语是xx教育出版社出版的xx英语，教材编排有以下目的：

四、课时安排

本书共四个单元，每单元都有三个话题，每个话题又分A，B，C，D，四课。依据本学期的教学进度，本学期具体安排如下：每周上一个话题，中期考试前上两个单元，其余的两个单元中期后上。

五、教学措施

九年级的英语教学工作十分关键，而九（3、4）班的英语底子薄，兴趣不高，在这种情况下，就需要更加深入地研究教材，根据学科特点及学生特点研究切实可行的课堂教学模式。努力探索适合学生特点、学生乐于接受的教学方法及模式。同时，要进行分层次教学。对于好的学生要加大知识的容量，拓展知识的层面，使好学生成绩更上一层楼；对于差生要因势利导，因材施教，使差生在原有的基础上有所提高。

九年级是整个初中阶段的重要一年，而我又是这个学期才接手这两个班，对学生的实际情况不是很了解等，为使学生在英语这门学科上取得更大的进步，在中考中取得优异的成绩，作为英语组长，我组织我们的老师群策群力，发挥集体的智慧。现在我把我们的做法总结如下：

一、让学生爱上英语课，自觉学英语

我们的学生来自于农村，很多学生接触英语慢，而且基础又不是很好，进入初三的英语学习中，不仅内容多且复杂，而且要背的单词、词组、语法知识更多，有的单元新单词就达到70个之多。我们（6）班的13位男生和5位女生的英语基础很差，平时又懒得记单词等，甚至有几位男生都放弃英语了，而（1）班的学生成绩普遍差点，真正想学英语的就是那么10来个人，班里学习英语的气氛不是很浓，学习自觉性较差。

针对以上情况，要改变这种局面，我们觉得培养学生的兴趣和学习习惯很重要，要让我们的学生爱上英语课，爱记单词等。因而在教学中我在这些方面做了不少努力。培养学生课前多预习，课堂上集中注意力听讲，把老师讲的内容真正听懂。不能似懂非懂。课后认真完成配套的巩固练习，不懂的地方，多向老师或成绩稍好的学生请教等。晨读时间由老师或英语课代表带领学生大声朗读、老师抽查背诵，班会时间让学生根据给出的英文题目进行口头作文，课后或晚修时间定量完成英语练习等。同时教给学生一些学习技巧，灵活掌握学过的知识点，举一反三，融会贯通等。而且我们还在班级中举行词汇竞赛，听力竞赛和英语作文竞赛等，只要学生有进步就有一定的奖励等等。只有这样，才能培养学生学习英语的激情和习惯。

二、借助多媒体等设备，提高教学质量

因为课堂是我们教学的主阵地，课堂教学的成败直接影响着教学效果。所以我们在课前各个老师都要准备好课件等，课堂上设法吸引学生，不让其分心，上课内容力求丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部。另外，我每天都坚持保持充足的精神，让学生感受到一种积极上进的气氛。在课堂上采用多种教学方式，如情景教学法，任务型教学法等，本人根据教学内容使用不同的方法，充分调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，使他们能在轻松、愉快、合作、交流中学到知识。根据不同学生设计不同层次的问题，树立学生的自信心，让各层次的学生都得到提高。加强听说、阅读、写作训练，以促进学生的综合运用能力。为了让学生真正参加到课堂中来，凡是学生自己能讲清楚的问题，都让学生自己解决，我决不越俎代庖，课堂上尽量精讲、少讲把时间都留给学生。

三、注重备课和反思，做好教学的准备和总结工作

教学中，备课和反思是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备课中，既要备教材、备学生，又要备教法。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要至关重要。这两个班经过我这个学期的精心的英语教学后，在英语学习方面虽有起色，但那是远远不足的，而且中等生占多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体，时间长了，学生的学习积极性就会欠佳。但是，我备课时注意到这点，因此教学时针对不同情况，在授课时采取了不同的方法。效果就比较理想等。同时，课后及时写反思，反思学生在各节课上的表现和教学效果等，及时纠正教学方法等，为下一节课做好准备。

四、根据不同的学生基础，落实培优辅差计划

英语学习是语言的学习。困此，除了课堂教学之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持抽查学生的早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强制背诵等方式，帮助他们养成良好习惯，提高他们的英语学习能力。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。

为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。根据学生的不同情况设定不同的学习目标。我把这批同学分为四个组。第一组是能力强，基础好，学习习惯好而且刻苦认真的，对他们多进行能力训练，以便他们达到更高层次。第二组是有能力提高，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平；第三组是肯学，但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩，不能操之过急，且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力，成绩有望能提高；第四组是纪律松散，学习不认真，基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会静下心来学习。只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。

总之，通过这一学期的努力，本人所教班级英语成绩都有所提高，学生学习英语的激情也不断提高，把他们从“要我学英语”过度到“我要学英语”。相信只要我和学生们一起努力，中考一定能考出让学校领导、学生家长满意的成绩。所以，无论多苦，我都会带领我的学生们继续努力，多问，多想，多学习，争取进步。

从本次期末的第一次质量预测的成绩来看，九年级（1）、（2）两班学生的英语学习情况和其他几个班级很相似，学生英语水平普遍较差，成绩好的不多，部分学生已经对英语失去了信心，还有一部分学生觉得英语越来越难，渐渐力不从心了，不感兴趣了，发言也不是很活跃。针对这种情况，教学的时候需要注意在备课中增加趣味性，以此来提高学生对英语学习的兴趣，同时注意在面对绝大多数学生时，注重打好基础，从最基本的东西抓起，避免拔苗助长。

三、具体目标和措施

针对以上实际情况，我准备从以下几个方面着手，调整教学目标和教学措施：
