通知的格式及范文是标题。写在第二行中间，字略大一点。标题有三种写法一是只写通知二字，二是紧急或重要事情，可以写成紧急通知或重要通知借以引起人们重视，三是把发文单位、名称、会议的主要内容和文种也写进去。
称呼写被通知者的单位名称或者姓名，称呼的写法有两种一种写在第二行或第三行，顶格写，称呼后面加冒号，另一种是写在正文的下面一行第三、四格。
