一：形态上要注意的事项

非常有幸成为“21世纪杯”全国中小学生英语演讲比赛成都赛区的一名评委，这里我大概谈谈海选和复赛阶段的英语演讲比赛应该怎么准备吧(很多孩纸应该是走到海选这一环节就被毙了)。记得当年以大学一年级新生身份参加四川大学英语演讲比赛并夺得全校第一，那时漫长的准备过程和激烈的比赛场景还是历历在目的。
首先，你得有一篇自己写的 演讲稿 。我非常鼓励孩子们自己执笔写自己的事儿，哪怕你语法或写作比较挫，可以尝试先写成中文，再逐句翻译，最后请牛人帮你改改。总之，一定要自己动手写，这将是一次训练写作、锻炼逻辑、展现情商、考验友谊等全方位的难得机会，退一万步说自己写的东西记得最牢嘛。记得牢的好处是会减少你上台之后被视jian的紧张感，紧张感减少会让你更自信，有了自信那么演讲就能发挥得游刃有余，当然一系列日怪小动作比如抖脚、抠手、挖鼻孔也就随之消失了。
在写的过程中一定要注意下面几件事儿。第一切忌使用过分华丽的辞藻。我认为演讲是口头和书面英语表达相结合的一门艺术。完全口语化，显得不那么well-educated且随性，说服力会大打折扣;过分掉书袋，又会让评委怀疑你是在背心灵鸡汤，想一想那么多大的、粗的、长的单词通过口器像豌豆射手一样连续说出来会对听者的理解力和承受力造成几万点伤害(评委词汇量也不一定是有多巨大好吗)。第二就是内容一定要感人或者励志，无病呻吟讲真是不讨喜的，而且千万千万千万不要走中国选秀节目的套路一来就开始比惨烈秀苦逼甚至落泪，我最受不了这种了。幽默也免了，咱们get不到西方那一套幽默就不要幽默，我还深刻记得当年参加比赛有个哥们儿在台上讲得眉飞色舞自己在那儿突然就捧腹大笑然后台下的老外评委充满疑惑地面 面相 觑心想这人上台前是吃过炫迈吗真是莫名其妙……第三，既然说到感人或者励志那一定是必须得有事例的，亲身经历的事儿肯定是加分的，最后升华成某个道理或哲理再用一些排比那就完美了。我当年就是这么干的讲了个和自己梦想有关的逆袭 故事 讲到最后连自己都高潮了果然老外评委连声叫好呢。总之，空洞的内容是不会打动评委的。
写完了那就得说。这里先分享两个经常混为一谈的概念：语音和口语。我个人认为语音包括发音、连读、语调、失暴、吞音等一系列“声音现象”，口语是借助你的这些“声音现象”传递信息，达到口头交际目的，而交际内容的本质是你 逻辑思维 的反映。语音好的口语不一定好，因为脑子里压根儿不知道要说什么或者想到了要说什么但不能“几乎同步”转化成 句子 说出来或者说出来逻辑也是混乱的，这就是为什么有些视频里“口语”好的人生活中和老外交流照样结结巴巴，那只是语音好加上事先准备充分的结果;同样，口语流利的语音不一定标准，是不是所有才思敏捷的雄辩家普通话都得标准呢?显然不是，随便拉出几个能说会道的名人普通话基本上都是“椒盐”的(带有地方口音)，比如李伯清、周立波。说到这个口音，我比较纳闷的是为啥不少中国人嘲笑中国人说英语带有中式口音。印度人说英语有印度口音，Adele说英语有cockney(伦敦腔)，这不挺正常的事情吗?你丫平时只听标准美音或者女王英语?你的普通话可以达到央视主播水准?所以，我认为有口音压根儿就不是语音或口语范围的问题，也压根儿就不是个事儿……只要内容不错气场够讲得不是太惊悚再加上长得能看，基本上就不咋影响评委对你的印象。当然你如果非常非常希望避免过多“中式口音”那么唯一的训练途径就是模仿，模仿美音或英音均可，这是个人喜好问题。总之，在海选或复赛阶段，基本上都会给选手充分准备的时间，所以这俩阶段拼的主要还是语音。
最后就聊聊关于语音训练的一些建议吧。
第一个建议就是对于单词的发音，不管你有没有口音，一定要做到八个字：元音饱满、辅音短促。我听过不少孩纸不错的音频资料，最大的问题在于演讲或配音朗读过程中为了达到所谓的“流利”，整个人像开了挂似的提速度，速度一快就容易车祸：很多元音(特别是双元音)刚刚读到一半，口腔还没到位就开始读下一个单词，这样会让评委听起来你很慌张以为你巴不得马上说完走人负分滚粗好吗。而另外一些孩纸的问题则是读得又尼玛太清楚了，每一个结尾的辅音都不浪费都要让评委听到听我读得多么字正腔圆不给满分好意思吗。
第二个建议和连读有关，这个太重要了但往往又被忽视，原因可能是中文朗读的时候字与字之间基本上不会存在连读现象。英语演讲你不连读的后果就是听到的单词一个一个脱节地往外啪啪啪地蹦，毫无流畅度，基本上也就失去了竞争力。最容易训练的一类连读是“辅尾-元首”型的连读(即第一个单词以辅音结尾和第二个单词以元音开头)，举个例子进行反复操练吧：I get up at eight every day. 其中可以连读的单词组有：get up、up at、at eight、eight every。
第三，也是在演讲中可以出彩的地方：语调。英语的语调不像汉字有四声，因此相比之下更灵活多变，完全可以根据你的情绪和演讲的重点进行调整。听过不少发音和发育都不错的孩纸在朗读时全程竟没有一丝高低起伏、凹凸有致的地方，宛如一台生锈的推土机野蛮笔直地开过金黄的麦田，多可惜呀。所以说，好的演讲不一定是讲得快而是讲得抑扬顿挫!

He taught us English by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing.
I could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on Christmas Eve. It was so interesting and unforgettable. Justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study English well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives. I know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. Facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith,under-standing, and care. 嗨，大家好，我是Candy 。我很喜欢汤唯，但是这是我第一次认认真真、逐字逐句地敲她的英文采访辑。 汤唯式英语的特点—— 听完让人觉得特别舒服。而且第一次听的人，会被她的语音漂亮、自信大方的谈吐震撼到，以至于不认真去琢磨，会觉得女神英语未免太好了。 其实，她的词汇量不大、语法不 高级。 但正确的发音、流畅的节奏、自由的肢体、自信的气场，这些才是让汤唯的英语“震撼人心”的内核。 刘亦菲、邓紫棋、汤唯的英文对比（视频文件无法播放，我链接直接放在评论区。） 为了对比，我又逐字逐句扒了刘亦菲、邓紫棋的英文采访。对比下，汤唯的词汇量真得明显感觉不足。不过，这并不影响她的表达。 而且，我更想说的是，汤唯，是所有学英语的国人的榜样！在一众非母语人士学习英文中，她是最具备代表性、最值得借鉴的英文学习者。 说起英文口语，女星里面，邓紫棋、刘亦菲、汤唯都很突出。这三个人风格不同、说英文的气场也非常不一样，具体可以看下我拼的视频。 针对三人的英文采访内容，我们可以从语法、语音（口音）、词汇、流利程度、节奏感、气场等五项上依次分析三者得分。 具体情况，参考表格数据。 不过，尽管分数不同，她们说英语的状态，整体让人感觉很舒服。 具体分析 | 汤唯的英文 汤唯这段采访的英文字幕如下，具体特点表现为： 1. 全部是简单句。 2. 词汇都是简单词。 3. 偶尔会有比较口头的、地道的小词： a kind of…/ just/ 4. 最大的特色是： 举手投足的自信、漂亮的语音、连贯的表达（即便词句都极为简单）、大方的肢体语言。 一、横线部分标注的前部分，汤唯多用she is..., 主系表结构； She is from mainland, China. And this society actually needs new blood like him. 第三、刘亦菲的英文 自然、语速不快、但是表达很清晰。 刘亦菲十岁去美国，中间只待了不到五年就回国。所以，发音的部位、语音上还是可以听出是非母语人士。 1、发音部位靠前、比较中式。 2、词汇、语法都相对扎实、复杂句比较多。 3、语感好。长句信手拈来，尽管有特别小的语法错误，但是菲总的语感很好，会下意识的纠正自己的发音。 但是她整体的感觉，如同她就角色。缓缓地、慢慢地、如温润的水，滋润着听者的耳朵。 总之，通过三者分析，其实是想说，想要听上去英语不错，做到以下这些比较重要： 语速快而流畅、 正确发音、 连读规则、 韵律感、 自信、 肢体语言 对比而言，使用高级词汇、语法，没有那么重要。 词汇的积累、和复杂句语法的训练，需要靠很长的时间凝练，不是一朝一夕就能成就的。不过语言、连读、韵律、肢体还是可以比较快地、进行系统的改进。口音，在二语习得中很正常。 首先，口音是很可爱的，毕竟，口音是代表我们身份的重要的部分。 前几天听《乐队的夏天》，九连真人、还有斯斯与帆的《马马嘟嘟骑》都让我深刻感受到方言的魅力。 中国地大物博，口音变化千变万化。 美国同理。美式英语有大概14种口音。来自不同州的美国人，也带有自己独特的口音变化。 对待口音，我们保持开放的态度。如果你的目的只是顺畅地进行英语交流，你的口音只要不让对对方产生误解即可。 这个误解我们可以举例来说。事实上，我们发语音时，如果发错，会直接导致听者误解。如果大量语音不清晰，对方会听起来极为吃力。 就如同，你在马路上和一个刚来北京三天的外国人用中文沟通。语音、语调、字词、发音全有问题，你们的沟通，最后只能够单纯靠肢体语言。于是，在第二外语里，你看起来好像一个傻子。 我看这个哥们说中文，狂笑。 中国人在英文表达中也容易出现类似的词汇咬不住，让听者晕菜的例子：比如live/leave.，这组词，它们之间发音的区别只有一个音，但是意思却完全不同。 无法区分这两个元音的话，就会让后面这两个句子难以区分：“I just can't leave here！” 和 “I just can't live here！”。 到底是“不走不行了” 还是“离不开” ? 意思是几乎完全相反的，但区分它们的却只是一个细微差别的元音。 一点建议， 如果你想要好口音。 1. 掌握实际发音，而不是官方发音。 字典里的音标，称之为“官方发音”。单个准确的发音，在现实生活中，经过连读、弱读、略读、变音等变音技巧，逐渐偏离“官方发音”。对连读感兴趣的可以点击下旧文： 第一弹 · 连读规则 | 90%的中国人并不会说 I love you！ 第二弹 连读规则 | 黄晓明的这句“闹太套”到底怎么读？ 第三弹 连读规则 | “你搞什么鬼？” 第四弹 连读规则 | “你在看什么电影？” 第五弹 连读规则 | 我们居然不会说“How are you”! 第六弹 连读规则 | “你一定会爱上这个感觉”! 第七弹 连读规则 | “你有什么打算？你打算做什么？” 第八弹 盘点连读规则 | 看看你到底掌握了多少连读？ 连读发音规则 | 如何和老外说得一样溜？ 英文纠音 | 赵丽颖念的Dior宣传词到底哪错了？ 语调 | 为什么别人总说你有口音？ 2. 清重音、节奏感、韵律感。 英语比起中文是一门更接近音乐的语言。为什么这么说呢？英语是stress timed； 中文是syllable timed。 Stress timed（英文)意思就是重音长一些，非重音短一些，也就是有轻有重。 这些语言和音乐的节奏很像，有轻重缓急。 比如，amazing,这是一个单词，却有三个音节组成。a/ma/zing。 3个部分的节奏是不一样的：ma是重点，可以拉长、加重音，而a/zing两个音，可以一笔带过。 在一个句子中，英文常常有连读。比如I love you . 这两天Dior的一段视频引发了网友的热议。赵丽颖、Angelababy、刘嘉玲分别用英语说“and you，what would you do for love.”赵丽颖显然有些用力过猛，英语句子发音并不自然，更像是一个单词一个单词读的，并且把love末尾读成了word。于是，赵丽颖遭到了网友的抨击。
虽说，赵丽颖从未掩藏过自己的学历，自然英语口语也好不到哪里去，但是这段视频一出，网友的评论也开始炸锅了。

从三位明星，我们都可以看出明星为什么要学英语。
首先，现在已经进入全民学英语的时代，大家都以英语说得好为骄傲，如果公众人物都展现出来的英语水平很差，会让观众感到不满。
其次，观众的满意和不满不是来自于本身英语差，而是对于努力和付出的肯定。我们可以看到观众希望明星展现出来的是积极向上的、努力的状态。若是明星不劳而获，或是让观众觉得所得到的远多于付出的，观众的不满情绪也会上升。比如大家会觉得赵丽颖拿到了Dior的代言，却连发音都不花钱请专业人士纠正，并且只有一句话而已。
